Resistance and durability
Starwood Group Ltd ensures the reliability and quality of the H20 beams supplied according to the requirements of EN 13377-2002 standard. This standard specifies safe working loads for bending moment of 10.9 kNm and bearing resistance of 47.8 kN. The technical specifications of H20 beams supplied significantly exceed the requirements of the European standard i.e. the bending moment of our H20 beams is 11.81 kNm and a breaking resistance of 50.76 kN. This mean an increase the service life and safety of our products. To reach these outstanding results, Starwood Group controls the production processes at all stages and is responsible for the quality of the finished product.

Materials
Plywood Details
Birch plywood of 24 - 27 mm thickness (24 mm thickness for PROFI grade and 27 mm for heavy-duty PRIME grade) made by Starwood NN, with high mechanical properties and extraordinary strength, which meets the requirements of DIN EN 636:2015-05.

Glue Details
Glue made by KLEIBERIT, complies with DIN EN 301:2018-01 and ensures the strongest and most reliable glued joint between the flange and the beam wall. Thus, the beam will not crack from snow and rain during operation.

Bar Details
The main load-bearing function of an H-beam is performed by flange made of bar. Solid bar made of high density and knotless Northern softwood grown in wild forests in Russia and meets the requirements of DIN EN 14080:2013-09.

Impregnation compound Details
Impregnation compound made by REMMERS according to the requirements of EN 3377:2002. It protects the beam against moisture, fungus and mold and allows storage in the open air. In addition, the REMMERS compound has a durable and long-lasting protective layer.

End cap
The end cap made of elastic polymer ensures reliable protection of the end face from mechanical influences in case of accidental fall and other abnormal situations.
