Bakelized plywood FBS 1A-T and FBV1-T
Bakelized plywood is a water-resistant, high-strength and wear-resistant material that can be compared in quality with steel. They are successfully used in shipbuilding and the aviation industry, in aggressive environments, in tropical climates, and in the aquatic environment. This type of product is a high-strength, elastic, water-resistant material that is successfully used in aggressive environments, in tropical climates, and in an aquatic environment. Bakelized plywood is able to compete with many other materials, including low–alloy steels. This type of plywood is used in various industries: automotive industry – for flooring; shipbuilding - as a cladding material for boats, yachts and small fishing vessels; in construction – as a formwork material; for livestock complexes, poultry farms.

General Data.
Bakelized plywood of the FBS 1–A-T and FBV1-A-T grades is made of sheets of peeled birch veneer according to GOST 99-96, glued together in a mutually perpendicular direction of the fibers.

FBS 1-A-T Grade
Phenol-formaldehyde resin is applied to the outer layers of plywood. Phenol-formaldehyde water-soluble resin is applied to the inner layers (except for the inner odd layers located symmetrically from the central one)
Application
For the manufacture of internal structures used in mechanical engineering, automotive and shipbuilding, When protecting the edges of plywood with paint coatings - for the manufacture of structures operating in high humidity and outdoor

FBV1-T Grade
Phenol-formaldehyde resin is applied to the outer and inner layers of plywood (except for the inner odd layers located symmetrically from the central one)
Application
For the manufacture of internal and external structures used in mechanical engineering, automotive and shipbuilding. When protecting the outer surfaces and edges of plywood with paint coatings - for the manufacture of structures operating in conditions of high humidity, indirect exposure to fresh and salt water, and outdoor
