High Speed Filling
These are closed sacks suitable for high-speed filling through the nozzles of filling machines (for instance, gravitational, bladed, air or conveyor type). Evolution valve sacks have proven to be an excellent solution irrespective of the high-speed filling type. Filling parameters and safety properties may be fine-tuned according to the needs of the customer. Valve sacks may be additionally lined with polyethylene film for extra moisture-proofing. Valve sacks are used with state-of-the-art filling facilities, for packaging of a wide variety of products such as cement, dry mortars, chemicals and other dry goods.

• Multiple closing options: The valve may close itself under the product pressure or be glued or bent, adhere underthe high temperature, or be sewn, depending on the seam strength and working environment requirements.

• Optimal for palletizing: Valve bags are optimal for palletizing due to their regular geometric shape. Various types of coating may be used to reduce sliding.

• Step-wise" cut: To maximize the seams strength, we offer "step-wise" cut with special de-airing properties.

• Ultrasound valve: To provide extra-strong seam and cleanliness, as well as special protection of the product, we offer ultrasound-sealed valve.

• Easy to open: The built-in string allows fast opening of the sack.

• Moisture-proofing: Non-perforated Masterair™ films with high de-airing indices may be used for enhanced moisture protection.

• Kraft paper: Evolution TM 60 to 120 gsm, white or unbleached virgin paper is used. For extra moisture protection, inner layer of HD PE film can be used.

• Unique code: lnner layer may be labelled with a unique code, for marketing purposes.

• Safety label: This label is designed to avoid product counterfeiting.

Open Mouth Sacks

These bags are open from one end and glued from another end. Bags may be outfitted with zip lock which protects the contents far a lenger time. Bags can be manufactured from 60 ta 130 g/cm coated ar uncoated papers. We alsa offer package design and print services. Up ta 8 colors can be used far 
print. Far shine ar haze effect, additional coatings and films may be used. in addition, these coatings will provide far enhanced mechanical and frictional properties of the bags. Far additional protection, the bags may be outfitted with polyethylene inserts.

• Neat batches and steady palettes. Open bags may have various bottom configurations, due ta which the bag becomes more stable and is easily palletized.Neat batches and steady palet♦    

• The bag keeps its shape. Due ta specialty falding and inserting techniques, the bag receives its regular bottom shape. Thus, the bag looks tidy and stands upright which makes it attractive far retail customers.

• Various filling requirements. Open bags may be used with various types of equipment far automatic ar manual filling.

• Safety label: This label is designed ta prevent product counterfeiting.

• Polyethylene insert: Open bags may be outfitted with PE inserts far moisture-proofing and sanitary protection. Polyethylene inserts can be used both far open bags and far laminated valve sacks.

• Easy to remove: Bags with polyethylene inserts are ideal far sterile rooms because their design makes it possible ta separate the external paper cover from the plastic insert without any supplementary tools.
